WILD WORDS

Writing as Therapy

For when you sense there is something inside you that needs a voice & writing feels like the way to find it.

This is for you if you think deeply, feel strongly, and are drawn to writing not as performance or craft, but as a way of understanding yourself more honestly.

Wild Words uses guided visualisation and exploratory prompts as a doorway to reflection, clarity, and emotional truth. You don't need to be a writer — you just need curiosity and a willingness to let the words come. In our sessions we: • Use guided prompts and journeying visualisation to access thoughts and feelings beneath the surface

• Explore identity, patterns, relationships, and inner narratives through writing

• Write without pressure, critique, or expectation • Share optionally in a safe, warm group space where everyone is there for the same reason Best if you're seeking: clarity, emotional release, self-understanding, creative expression, or a gentle way into deeper inner work.

STILL WORDS

Therapeutic Writing

A personal journalling practice guided by your own needs and inner voice, for reflection, insight and self-connection.

This is for you if you're drawn to writing as a way to understand yourself more deeply — whether you're new to it, returning to it, or ready to go further.

This kind of writing is not about brain-dumping or getting task lists out of your head, nor is it about writing well, keeping up, or following a fixed method. It's about meeting yourself honestly on the page in a more therapeutic way than off-the-shelf generic journalling. You're supported by a therapist, but it isn't therapy in the traditional sense.

In our work together we:

  • Use gentle, guided prompts shaped by what's present for you

  • Write for reflection, insight, and genuine self-awareness

  • Explore thoughts, feelings, patterns, and inner narratives at your own pace

  • Build trust in your own voice and inner wisdom

You choose how deep you go.
