What you want and what you need may match perfectly – but it’s possible that you’re struggling to identify exactly what will change things for you.  

You wake up and go through the motions, but something feels off, like you're living someone else's life, following someone else's rules, being someone else's version of you.

You're scared: of getting it wrong, of what happens if you actually stop and look at it all. Maybe you're holding on, struggling with anxiety or depression (usually both), PTSD symptoms that appear when you least want them, or ADHD, ana confused about why things just aren’t as simple as they should be. Maybe you’re just bone-tired from trying so hard for so long.

But underneath all of it, a voice that you recognise as yours says: there has to be more than this.

There is. And this is where we start.

Not with a diagnosis, or a rigid plan that gives no space for your own thoughts and feelings - it starts with you, exactly as you are right now. Together we'll make sense of the things that have never quite made sense to you. We'll look at where you've been, understand why you feel what you feel, and gently, at your pace, begin to untangle the stories that have been keeping you stuck.

This work is whole-person and unhurried. We look at all of you - past, present and future - because you can't separate the parts. Who you were shapes who you are, and who you are shapes what's possible.

There is no roadmap set in stone - we build yours together, as we go, so that it becomes what you choose, the way you choose it.

Therapeutic Coaching encompasses whole-human work. It’s the only way to leave the past behind and plan your own future, filled with things you actually want. But what if your nervous system keeps tripping ang getting in the way?

FIRST: The Path

One: Understand

We explore your patterns, history, relationships, and inner world, without judgment, blame, labels, or expectations. You begin to see why you feel and react the way you do.

Two: Regulate

We work with the nervous system so you feel safer, steadier, and more present.  This isn’t woo woo – it’s the blend of psychology, neuroscience and emotional regulation (that we never learned as children or that occurred when a life-altering event de-railed us), with somatic work, NLP coaching, and spirituality (whatever that looks like for you).  Change doesn’t happen when your system feels under threat, which makes those patterns get stuck in the first place.  Change happens when your body feels safe under the supervision of your amazing mind functioning at its best. Three: Rewire

Through reflection, writing, dialogue, practice, behaviour change and integration, you begin responding differently, with more choice and self-trust. This is where insight and knowledge becomes lived change, chosen by the You who feels grounded, calm and able to see the true nature of your own potential.

What This Isn’t

  • No quick fixes that don’t last.  Bypassing, depending on outside frameworks to help you, is temporary relief, not change.

  • Comfort and candles ease the stress temporarily,  but your active participation in your own healing is what tilts the world to feel like it’s yours now. This is the deep work that you know you really need. 

  • No rigid formulas that don’t work for you.  We improvise, adapt and overcome in a way that works for your individual experiences, needs and dreams.
