Embracing Light - Monthly Half-Day Re-Grounding Retreat
In collaboration with Maja of Embracing Peace, Yoga, Conscious Coaching, Soul Midwifery.
Each gathering weaves together gentle practices designed to focus us our minds on rest and productive reflection, whilst our bodies rest and re-energise through movement and stillness. The morning is gentle movement and energy practices, breath for calm mind and body, and tea whist we practice sitting in silence, just for a short time - a forgotten skill and deeply grounding exercise that we need in this chaotic world.
Then, after a guided journeying meditation to reflect the season and our energy practice, we soften into quiet inner enquiry through reflective somatic writing practice, curated for self-awareness and intuitive self-connection.
Embracing Light follows the living year: Spring opens curiosity. Summer supports expansion. Autumn offers release. Winter invites rest.
Best for: people who feel disconnected from natural rhythms, want something deeper than a class but gentler than therapy, and value presence over productivity.

Love Your Inner Light, Find Your Inner Glow
You've been last on your own list for so long you've forgotten you're even on it. And before you say you’re fine, let’s have a little reality check….are you? Or are you so used to running on fumes that you tell yourself you’re fine just so you can keep going a little bit longer?
Saturday September 19th
Love Your Inner Light, Get Your Outer Glow is a full day of evidence-based, no-bypassing, properly-held self-care for women who are done performing wellness and ready to actually feel it.

No crystals being waved at you against your will. No one telling you to just breathe and be grateful. Just real tools, real talk, real touch - and genuinely good skincare, because your face deserves it too.
Here's the science bit of ‘fine’: chronic stress, people-pleasing and never-switching-off isn't a personality trait to hang your hat on, it's your threat response doing its job – keeping you physically moving so you avoid checking if you actually have the capacity for it. To stop, think, or feel feels stressful – you avoid silence because noise fills the gap.
But at great personal cost to your face, your jaw, your sleep, your sanity and your ability to feel anything other than tired and slightly ragey when the whole world’s against you.
The good news? Your nervous system is clever, which means it can learn new tricks, as well as holding on to old ones. And we're going to teach it some good ones.
