The To-Your-Bones Deep Rest You've Been Looking For
We're all so damn busy all the time. And frazzled. And tired.
And I've bet you've heard yourself say ' I just want a bit of peace and quiet'....more times than you can count.
Your wish is granted.
This is what we want:
Time to ourselves.
Less noise.
Silence.
The space to think...or not think.
To not feel alone - to be with other women who want exactly this - and help hold the space that actually makes it happen.
In collaboration with Maja of Embracing Peace, Yoga, Conscious Coaching, Soul Midwifery.
*****
We weave together:
Gentle energy movement & breathing space for a still mind and body. We stretch to open joints and find our feet - the root of stability as we walk, the easy movement of hips that carry us. No poses to perform, just a body to reconnect to.
And there's real peace, real stillness in our 15 minutes of silence - time to share space & tea in quiet reflection.
Then a journeying meditation that takes you on a personal path of noticing, feeling, remembering and awareness, and integrates it through subconscious release through the pen. No proving to do - just listening and hearing.
There is no need to Do anything: Embracing Light is about Being first: be calm, be still, be grounded before you act, so that what you do comes from you, not something or someone outside yourself.
There is no fixing, performing, or pushing; only and acceptance of what is. We work with what is already present - physically, emotionally, energetically, seasonally - allowing awareness, insight, and clarity to arise in their own gentle time.
Embracing Light follows the living year and our own energy rather than a rigid structure. Spring opens curiosity and renewal. Summer supports expansion and expression. Autumn offers release, discernment and return. Winter invites rest and reflection. The moon and the elements act as our guides, not rules.
This is a practice for people who:
Feel disconnected from themselves or the natural rhythm of life
Want something deeper than a class, but gentler than therapy
Are curious about embodiment, reflection, and seasonal living
Value presence over productivity, self-inquiry over avoidance.
You don’t need experience with meditation, yoga or writing. It's really not about that. You just need a willingness to arrive as you are and be open to leaving feeling better.

Love Your Inner Light, Find Your Inner Glow
You've been last on your own list for so long you've forgotten you're even on it. And before you say you’re fine, let’s have a little reality check….are you? Or are you so used to running on fumes that you tell yourself you’re fine just so you can keep going a little bit longer?
Saturday September 19th
Love Your Inner Light, Get Your Outer Glow is a full day of evidence-based, no-bypassing, properly-held self-care for women who are done performing wellness and ready to actually feel it.
Read this for the no-nonsense: The True Purpose of Retreats into Self-Care & Nervous System Regulation — Letting the Light In - Somatic Therapy & Conscious Life Coaching.
No crystals being waved at you against your will. No one telling you to just breathe and be grateful. Just real tools, real talk, real touch - and genuinely good skincare, because your face deserves it too.
Here's the science bit of ‘fine’: chronic stress, people-pleasing and never-switching-off isn't a personality trait to hang your hat on, it's your threat response doing its job – keeping you physically moving so you avoid checking if you actually have the capacity for it. To stop, think, or feel feels stressful – you avoid silence because noise fills the gap.
But at great personal cost to your face, your jaw, your sleep, your sanity and your ability to feel anything other than tired and slightly ragey when the whole world’s against you.
The good news? Your nervous system is clever, which means it can learn new tricks, as well as holding on to old ones. And we're going to teach it some good ones.
A day of real self-care, inside and out.
