What is PsySoma Therapy?

PsySoma brings together two powerful approaches:

Psycho-education: understanding the why and how of your patterns, pain, and protective behaviours, so that what once felt confusing begins to make sense.

Somatic work: helping your body feel safe enough to feel deeply, so that real healing - not just insight - becomes possible.

Together they resolve what neither thinking nor bodywork alone cannot. Because understanding your patterns is one thing. Feeling safe enough to change them is another.


WHY CONSCIOUS MIND COACHING?

Conscious Mind Coaching is the integration of your 3 minds:

Your subconscious mind - the one you’re largely unaware of, and that runs your autopilot.

Your conscious mind - the one that you think with - and assume is making the decisions.

And your superconscious mind - the intuition and knowing that you’ve always had, but which might feel lost to you right now.

Together, they shape how you think, feel and live, reducing your dependence on learned patterns, increases your present awareness and deepening your felt sense of safety.

When they work in harmony, life begins to feel less like a series of reactions and more like a conscious and chosen creation.


How We Work Together

Your roadmap is as unique as you are. We write it together, adjust it together, and see it through together, making changes as your life changes. Nothing is set in stone, until you decide it is.

Sessions move fluidly between therapeutic and coaching approaches depending on what you need, from psycho-education and deep pattern work, to identity exploration, conscious communication, and future-focused goal setting.

Over time we look at:

  • Where you're stuck and what you're ready to leave in your past.

  • The subconscious stories and inner parts that have been keeping you safe, but may now be hurting you.

  • The roots of self-sabotage and procrastination, so you understand how your habits became part of your identity, And then we remove them.

  • Your patterns of communication, so your relationships become more honest and more peaceful - the only way for relationships to actually thrive.

  • Your future, created from your own inner wisdom - a growing knowledge of who you really are and who you choose to be.
