Un/Armoured is a 3-day immersive retreat for high-achievers who are ready to develop sustainable, grounded, emotionally intelligent self-leadership.
This isn’t a yoga holiday or a productivity hack — it’s a step back in order to move forward in a way that serves you, your family, your ambition, your dreams and your work..

Over the course of one long weekend, we’ll strip back the noise and reconnect to what truly matters.

The Retreat Experience

Small Cohort. No Phones. No Pressure.
Located in the tranquil Beaulieu, New Forest by the sea, our simple, nourishing space includes private or twin rooms, home-cooked meals, optional massage, and nature to restore your breath and body.

The Journey:

Friday – Letting the Nervous System Land

  • from 2pm:

  • Arrival & unwinding: tea, phone hand-in, private check-in assessment, settle.

  • 4pm: Opening Session: itinerary, personal journaling, group agreements.

  • Dinner: nourishing, alcohol-free, phone-free. Intention and inner-self setting.

  • Somatic Regulation Movement, Fundamentals of Breathwork and Everyday Meditation : Noticing the Nervous System .

  • Guided evening written self-check-in: state, needs, goals, and integration.

Saturday: Intention & Attention

  • Morning Movement, Connecting Breathwork and Morning Meditation: Inner Landscape

  • Breakfast: nutrient-dense and nourishing.

  • Workshop: Psychoeducation ~ Understanding Your Drive & Self-Sabotage & Putting it Down.

  • Reflective conversations about leadership, identity & purpose.

  • Lunch: Mindful Meal - no alcohol, no phone.

  • Guided Reflect & Identify : You, Beneath the Noise.

  • Optional: massage (swedish/sports), 1-1 private coaching (one place), yoga, silent woodland walk or solo downtime. Small additional cost for services.

  • Dinner: Nourishing & Mindful Conversation

  • Evening movement, Breathwork and Everyday Meditation: Letting Go

Sunday – Clarity & Connection

  • Morning Movement, Calming Breathwork and Everyday Meditation: Who, Not What.

  • Breakfast: nutrient-dense and nourishing.

  • Workshop: Values, Boundaries & Identity – Preventing Over-Extension, Reclaiming Direction

  • Lunch: Mindful Meal - no alcohol, no phone.

  • Guided Reflect & Identify : Slow is Smooth.

  • Integration : Naming Shifts, Setting Commitments

  • Optional: massage (swedish/sports), 1-1 private coaching, silent woodland walk or solo downtime.

  • Dinner: Directed conversation - making commitments to self.

  • Fire Circle, Breath and Everyday Meditation.

Monday : The Spirit Inside (Optional, no extra cost)

  • Final movement, breath & meditation: Future Self Embodiment

  • Breakfast

  • Closing Workshop: From Pressure to Purpose - Clarifying Next Steps, Goals, Being Self-Directed.

  • Lunch

  • 1-4pm: Final 1-1 Private Coaching and check-out (25mins)

  • Rest, Reflect, Read, Walk, Breathe.

  • 4pm: Depart grounded, resourced, and reconnected to what matters.
