No crystals being waved at you against your will. No one telling you to just breathe and be grateful. Just real tools, real talk, real touch - and genuinely good skincare, because your face deserves it too.
You've been last on your own list for so long you've forgotten you're even on it. And before you say you’re fine, let’s have a little reality check….are you? Or are you so used to running on fumes that you tell yourself you’re fine just so you can keep going a little bit longer?
Here's the science bit of ‘fine’: chronic stress, people-pleasing and never-switching-off isn't a personality trait to hang your hat on, it's your threat response doing its job – keeping you physically moving so you avoid checking if you actually have the capacity for it. To stop, think, or feel feels stressful – you avoid silence because noise fills the gap.
But at great personal cost to your face, your jaw, your sleep, your sanity and your ability to feel anything other than tired and slightly ragey when the whole world’s against you.
The good news? Your nervous system is clever, which means it can learn new tricks, as well as holding on to old ones. And we're going to teach it some good ones.

Morning: Mind and Heart First
Think of this as clearing the table before the feast: a herbal or fruity tea and nutritious snack whilst we say hello and set our intentions for the day.
We start gently, but with purpose. Practical, grounding techniques to help you feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself – move, breathe, connect, feel, release, rest – nothing fancy, simple things that make big differences; the kind of inner work you take home and start using every day and that makes everything else you have to do feel that little bit easier.
Midday: Lunch and Heart-Healthy Hand Massages!
Good food, good company, and someone massaging your hands. Don’t underestimate the benefit of touch – remember holding hands with your first love, your first child, parent or true friend. Remember how that touch felt on your hands – they connect to your heart.
Today they get some love too: the hands do so much , and they get neglected, doing everything without a word of thanks. Let’s say ‘thanks’. And honestly, the products we’ll use are mmmMMmmm!
Afternoon: Fascial Energy Release Workshop
Ever noticed how much tension you carry in your temples, forehead, jaw and shoulders? The headaches that have no business interfering in your day? This self-guided workshop teaches you how to release it, gently, firmly, slow, fast – all effectively, and with immediate results – and done 2 or 3 times a week, changes how your days start and end. Your face will thank you. So will your neck. And your tingling toes.
Afternoon Chill
For an hour or so in the afternoon, you have a chance to fully rest; read a book, sunbathe, snooze. Or bring your journal. There will be the opportunity to write: not just random thoughts (unless that’s what you fancy), but carefully structured prompts that bring the unconscious to the surface – reflecting through story, voice and self. Yolanda will introduce you to 3 interesting and unusual ways to journal your inner world, whether it’s for emotional wellness, or for creative poetry or story-writing. These are self-paced, an entirely optional if you’re nor going for…
The Optional Extra
Your head and face will be feeling gooooood. But theres more! Whilst other’s snooze or write you can book an extra self-care offering.
The back, shoulder and neck massage for an extra 30 minutes with Vicki, using some of the MOST amazing-smelling oil you’ve ever known, or the organic plant-based skincare relaxing facial with Yolanda. A booked one-to-one back, shoulder & neck massage, or an organic facial using some of the most gorgeous clean skincare around. While you wait your turn, there's tea, journaling and the kind of quiet that actually feels restful. Peace, gentle music, trees.

We end together, with tea. A chance to reflect, let things out, and leave with your shoulders down, rather than braced for impact - back into real life with real tools to keep you going - til the next time.
