Journey Through Journaling

We know journaling helps unravel confused thoughts and events, but when we first start it’s difficult to now how.

What do I write about? What am I supposed to say? Should it be thoughts, or goals, or beliefs?

Am I doing it right? That’s what most of us wonder…

So I want to make it easier for you, and help you fine-tune a practice that supports you through difficult times.

When should I start?

Now. Always now. The more you practice in easier times, the more resourceful and resilient you’ll find yourself in tougher times, because you’ll be better at processing your thoughts.

How does it Work?

Level One - Absolute Beginner - 10 Days of Prompts

  • You’re just starting out so want to know how it would feel to start a regular writing practice, but you’re not sure if it’s for you.

  • Answer a few questions (there’s a form when you purchase) so that I get an idea of what you want your journaling for - there are many reasons and ways to write, this helps me tailor your package to suit your needs.

  • I will create a series of 10 prompts that guide you into writing in a variety of ways to unstick the physical action of simply getting your hand to move on the paper again, that will support you to feel into different ways of writing, and open up your intuitive knowing of how writing feels for you.

  • Get sent one prompt every day for 10 days or one every 3 days to spread it out through the month - whichever works for you.

Level Two - 30 Day Solo Plan

  • Answer a few questions (the form at purchase) so that I get an idea of what you want your journaling for - there are many reasons and ways to write. I will also send you a few additional questions based on your responses: this helps me tailor your package to suit your needs, identify where you’re struggling, or what you want to achieve.

  • This is a self- coaching program.

  • I prepare a 30-day gentle journaling practice for to develop awareness of all areas of your life that support your personal reflection practice. These prompts are designed to be completed in about 5-10 minutes each day, offering an open and grounding way to explore thoughts and patterns.

  • They are designed to help you into a regular journaling practice with the aim of supporting you to become an independent reflector and writer.

Level Three - 30-60 Day Therapeutic Coaching Plan - Personalised Coaching & Writing

If you’d like a deeper level of support:

  • This is a more therapeutic approach, using specific prompts for emotional & somatic awareness, and tapping more deeply into your intuitive self.

  • The questions can be daily, or spread over 60 days, whichever works for you.

  • We begin with questions (by email or by zoom) that allow me to deeply personalise your program according to your needs in terms of triggers to identify, patterns to break and future-you oriented goals. These are trauma-informed and set by your needs.

  • At the half-way point, we have another 30 minute call to reflect through any particular issues that are coming up as significant and important for you. We talk about what’s coming up for you, and ensure you are going in the right direction, and work trough any blocks.

  • The intention is that you have clarity around your challenges, healing, plans , goals, and dreams. At this point your self-awareness will allow you to make choices and decisions for your own good: self-sabotage, procrastination, behavioural patterns are resolving. Values, boundaries and self-advocacy are developed and your identity is shaping into the real, true you.

  • After day 30/60, we have our final 45 minute call. A review of what’s themes have been important to you and how you can move forward with independent journaling…

  • Of course, if you wish to continue the supported therapeutic journaling program, we can add a further 30 days with 30 minutes coaching for £95/month.

In all Levels, an email will arrive each morning for your 30 days at your preferred time so that you can establish a regular habit. Coaching calls via zoom.
