We know journaling helps unravel confused thoughts and events, but when we first start it’s difficult to now how.
What do I write about? What am I supposed to say? Should it be thoughts, or goals, or beliefs?
Am I doing it right? That’s what most of us wonder…
So I want to make it easier for you, and help you fine-tune a practice that supports you through difficult times.
When should I start?
Now. Always now. The more you practice in easier times, the more resourceful and resilient you’ll find yourself in tougher times, because you’ll be better at processing your thoughts.
How does it Work?
Level One - 30 Day Plan
We have a 45 minute discovery call, and identify where you’re struggling, or what you want to achieve.
I prepare a 30-day gentle journaling practice for to develop awareness of all areas that support your reflection practice. These prompts are designed to be completed in about 5 minutes each day, offering an open and grounding way to explore thoughts and patterns.
They are designed to help you into a regular journaling practice with the aim of supporting you to become an independent reflector and writer.

Level Two - 30 Day Plan +
If you’d like a deeper level of support:
at day 15, we have another 30 minute call to reflect through any particular issues that are coming up as significant and important for you. The first is grant me permission to read your thoughts. We ensure you are going in the right direction, and work trough any blocks.
After day 30, we have our final 45 minute call for Stage One. A review of what’s themes have been important to you and how you can move forward with independent journaling…

Level Three - 60 Day Plan
We have a 60 minute deep-dive into your journaling in response to the initial 30 days, and what’s been coming up for you. I recommend Level Three if you want precise personalised support for another 30 days.
This 30 days will be focused on your personal struggles, current situation, goals and dreams and the result will be a much greater awareness of your patterns, finding solutions, and moving forward with clarity, confidence and a self-assurance that comes from knowing yourself.
At the half-way point, you can opt to have a 45 minute reflection call, just as in Level Two.
At the end, another 60 minute coaching call, to reflect, assess and work through any issues that arose. The intention is that you become a independent journaler, have clarity around your challenges, healing, plans , goals, and dreams. At this point your self-awareness will allow you to make choices and decisions for your own good: self-sabotage, procrastination, behavioural patterns are resolving. Values, boundaries and self-advocacy are developed and your identity is shaping into the real, true you.
