Small Changes Make Big Shifts
My ‘Favourite’ Meme, Small Changes Meaning BIG Things, Identity, Release and Small Adventures.
My Favourite Meme
(Well, one of them - who can possibly have just one?)
This is it.
I’ve had it in my photos stash for years, and it’s one that resonates with everyone I share it with, either because they feel it and live life that way - or because they don’t and something deep down in them knows they could, should - want to.
(This is one place I feel ‘should’ is allowed).
I don’t know who painted it, but if you do - let me know?
I’ve changed over the last 5 years - sometimes in ways I still can’t fully grasp. And it’s all been good.
Letting go of my old identity was HAAAAAARD! After all, it had been with me 46 years. Without it, what, who and why was I?
Identities change. And it’s not always a HUGE change - sometimes it’s small, insignificant is the grand scheme of things. But even though they might be tiny, they can still be scary, and they can still make BIG changes.
Identity shifts can either be taken as a frightening, no-mans-land emptiness of ‘Who AM I Without This Me’ fear - or it can be an exciting Now-I-Can-Become-Who-I-Really-Want-To-Be mission of vision, creation and adventure.
You get to choose.
If you want support, I’m there for it. Identity change is easier when you have help from someone who understands what cycles you’re stuck in, and can walk you through the path to unstick yourself. Trauma-informed, future-focused: Therapeutic Coaching is the way. And I am your person.
I Digress!
(But I’m coming back to this later).
For example, The Secret Coffee Club - a place of emotional support and business talk where people who work alone at home have met in Milford on Sea for nearly 2 years now. Still surprises me!
Feels cosy right?

And it’s not just the image above that’s changing. Small changes in how I run it - actually, going back to my original idea a little - spending some time focusing on our own individual businesses in the community of the group.
